The Opportunity
We are scaling our Agentic AI team to meet strong demand from enterprise clients across BFSI, telecom, healthcare, and manufacturing. You will work directly on live client implementations — designing, building, and operating intelligent agent systems that handle real workflows, real data, and real outcomes.

What You Will Build
- Autonomous AI agent workflows using N8N, LangChain, CrewAI, and custom orchestration layers
- Multilingual voice and text agents supporting 9+ Indian languages for enterprise operations
- Smart ticketing and escalation systems backed by Supabase with real-time Postgres and RLS
- Voice AI pipelines integrating STT/TTS (Whisper, PlayHT, ElevenLabs) with telephony APIs (Exotel, Twilio, Ozonetel)
- LLM routing layers using Ollama, OpenRouter, Mistral, and Indian sovereign models
- NLP pipelines for sentiment analysis, intent detection, tone classification, and call summarisation
- Enterprise integrations across WhatsApp (Cloud API), Microsoft Teams, Zoho, Freshdesk, ServiceNow, Outlook, and Gmail
- Role-based access control (RBAC) and user management systems using Supabase Auth
- Docker/Kubernetes deployable solutions for cloud, hybrid cloud, and on-premise environments
- Persona-based dashboards using open-source dashboarding frameworks connected to Supabase
Junior Agentic AI Engineer (4–6 Years Experience)
You are a solid engineer who has built with LLMs, worked with APIs at scale, and is ready to step into agentic architectures. You want mentorship from senior engineers and exposure to real enterprise deployments.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain N8N workflows for intelligent automation across business functions
- Develop LLM-integrated pipelines for text classification, summarisation, and intent detection
- Write and maintain Supabase functions, RLS policies, and database schemas
- Implement connectors for WhatsApp, Teams, CRM, and email platforms
- Support voice agent deployments including STT/TTS integration and call API configuration
- Write clean, documented, and testable code for production agentic systems
- Participate in client pilot phases (8-week engagements) from scoping to delivery
Must-Have Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on backend development (Python, Node.js, or TypeScript)
- Working experience with at least one LLM framework (LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI API, Mistral)
- Familiarity with workflow automation tools (N8N, Zapier, or similar)
- Experience with PostgreSQL or Supabase for backend development
- Understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and GraphQL
- Basic knowledge of Docker and containerised deployments
- Exposure to NLP concepts: classification, summarisation, entity recognition
Good to Have
- Experience with Indian language NLP or multilingual LLMs
- Familiarity with telephony APIs (Exotel, Twilio) or voice AI stacks
- Contributions to open-source AI projects
- Exposure to enterprise messaging platforms (Teams Bot Framework, WhatsApp Cloud API)
Senior Agentic AI Engineer / Architect (7–10 Years Experience)
You have designed and shipped production-grade AI systems. You are comfortable owning the full architecture of an enterprise agent deployment — from LLM selection and orchestration to integration, security, and client communication.
Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end Agentic AI platforms for enterprise clients — from pilot to full rollout
- Design multi-agent orchestration systems with dynamic LLM routing and fallback strategies
- Lead technical delivery of 8-week pilot engagements with CXO-level client stakeholders
- Define and enforce AI system architecture standards, security patterns, and data governance frameworks
- Evaluate and integrate Indian sovereign AI models (Sarvam AI, BharatGen, Krutrim) alongside global LLMs
- Build modular, Docker/Kubernetes-deployable agent infrastructure for cloud and on-premise environments
- Set up full audit trail systems, RBAC frameworks, and compliance-ready logging for enterprise deployments
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to Swaran Soft's internal AI capability development
- Collaborate with CFO and CSO stakeholders on technical scoping, solution design, and proposals
Must-Have Skills
- 7+ years of software engineering, with 3+ years directly on AI/ML or LLM-based systems
- Deep experience with agentic frameworks: LangChain Agents, CrewAI, AutoGen, or custom orchestration
- Strong proficiency in Python (FastAPI / Flask) and one of Node.js / TypeScript
- Advanced Supabase or PostgreSQL knowledge including RLS, triggers, and real-time subscriptions
- Production experience with workflow orchestration platforms (N8N preferred)
- Proven experience with Kubernetes, Docker Compose, and VPC/hybrid cloud deployments
- Enterprise integration experience: CRM (Zoho/Freshdesk/ServiceNow), messaging (Teams/WhatsApp), telephony (Exotel/Twilio)
- Understanding of enterprise security requirements: RBAC, audit logging, SOC 2, data residency
Good to Have
- Experience with Indian sovereign AI models or multilingual NLP for Hindi, Tamil, Telugu
- Background in building voice AI systems (STT/TTS pipelines, call centre automation)
- Published work, open-source contributions, or speaking at AI/tech conferences
- Exposure to Middle Eastern enterprise markets or prior work with UAE clients
