The Role
This is a consultative, solution-selling role — not a product sales job. You will be selling transformation, not licences. Your buyers are CXOs, IT Heads, and VP-level decision-makers at mid-to-large enterprises who are evaluating Agentic AI as a genuine business lever.

You will own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solution design conversations, proposal development, stakeholder navigation, and deal closure. You will work closely with our technical consulting team to shape pilot proposals and full-scale AI transformation roadmaps.

  • Enterprise Integrations — WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams, CRM (Zoho, Freshdesk, ServiceNow), and telephony (Exotel, Twilio)
  • Voice AI & Conversational Automation — AI-powered call handling, transcription, sentiment analysis, and escalation

Enterprise Sales Executive — Mid-Level (3–5 Years Experience)
You have sold B2B technology solutions, understand the enterprise buying cycle, and are ready to move into high-value, consultative AI sales. You are hungry, structured, and comfortable working with technical teams to craft compelling proposals.
Responsibilities
  • Prospect and develop a pipeline of enterprise accounts across India in BFSI, telecom, healthcare, and manufacturing verticals
  • Conduct structured discovery conversations to uncover automation pain points, efficiency gaps, and AI readiness
  • Work with the technical team to tailor pilot scopes and solution narratives for each prospect
  • Present Swaran Soft's Agentic AI capabilities to IT Heads, CTO offices, and department heads
  • Own proposal development, commercial negotiation, and contract closure for mid-market accounts
  • Maintain a healthy, documented pipeline in CRM with accurate forecasting and weekly reporting
  • Represent Swaran Soft at industry events, AI forums, and CXO roundtables
  • Contribute to content and campaign feedback to improve inbound lead quality
Must-Have Skills & Background
  • 3–5 years of B2B technology sales, with at least 2 years selling IT services, SaaS, or consulting engagements
  • Demonstrated track record of closing enterprise deals in the ₹10L–₹1Cr range
  • Ability to engage confidently with C-suite and senior IT stakeholders
  • Strong command of consultative and solution-selling methodologies (SPIN, MEDDIC, or similar)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication — proposal writing, executive presentations, email-led prospecting
  • Comfortable working with technical delivery teams to translate capability into business value
  • Experience with CRM tools (Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or HubSpot) for pipeline management
Good to Have
  • Prior experience selling AI, automation, RPA, or digital transformation services
  • Existing network in BFSI, telecom, or healthcare enterprise accounts in India
  • Understanding of enterprise integration landscapes — CRM, ERP, messaging platforms
  • Familiarity with the AI vendor landscape in India

Senior Enterprise Sales Manager / Business Development Lead (6–10 Years Experience)
You are a seasoned enterprise sales professional who has closed large, complex, multi-stakeholder technology deals. You can build a territory from scratch, manage a team, and represent Swaran Soft at the most senior levels of enterprise engagement in India and the Middle East.
Responsibilities
  • Own and grow Swaran Soft's enterprise sales pipeline across India and Middle East markets
  • Build and manage strategic relationships with CXO, CDO, CISO, and IT leadership at target enterprise accounts
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial qualification through commercial closure
  • Structure and negotiate enterprise contracts, managed service agreements, and multi-year transformation engagements
  • Develop and execute a territory plan covering key verticals, geographies, and account clusters
  • Mentor and guide junior sales executives — build a high-performing, process-driven sales team
  • Partner with the technical consulting team on solution architecture, pilot design, and RFP responses
  • Lead Swaran Soft's participation in enterprise events, AI summits, and CXO forums in India and the UAE
  • Provide market intelligence and competitive positioning inputs to the leadership team
  • Own revenue targets with full accountability for pipeline conversion and quarterly bookings
Must-Have Skills & Background
  • 6–10 years of enterprise technology sales, with a strong record closing ₹50L–₹5Cr+ deals
  • Proven experience in solution or consultative selling of IT services, AI, cloud, or digital transformation
  • Deep enterprise network in India — preferably across BFSI, telecom, healthcare, or manufacturing
  • Ability to navigate complex procurement, legal, and multi-stakeholder buying processes
  • Demonstrated experience building and leading small-to-mid enterprise sales teams
  • Strong commercial acumen — able to structure multi-year deals, SLA-backed managed service contracts, and pilots
  • Excellent executive presence and communication — boardroom-ready presentations and proposal leadership
  • Experience managing CRM pipelines, forecasting, and revenue reporting at a senior level
Good to Have
  • Prior experience in AI, agentic automation, intelligent process automation, or enterprise AI platforms
  • Existing relationships with enterprise IT decision-makers in the UAE, KSA, or broader GCC region
  • Exposure to Indian sovereign AI landscape — Sarvam AI, BharatGen, or comparable models
  • Background in selling open-source or hybrid cloud enterprise technology stacks
  • Experience with multilingual or India-localised enterprise software propositions
