About the Role
Gignaati AI Academy is the training and thought leadership arm of Swaran Soft Support Solutions Pvt. Ltd., focused on upskilling enterprises, professionals, and academic institutions on Agentic AI, generative AI tools, and India-localised AI technologies.
We are looking for a dynamic IT Trainer who can design, deliver, and manage end-to-end training programmes across emerging AI technologies. This role combines hands-on technical instruction with curriculum design, LMS administration, and content creation – making it ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology and education.
Key Responsibilities
1. Training Delivery – Agentic AI & Emerging Technologies
  • Design and deliver instructor-led and virtual training programmes on Agentic AI concepts, frameworks (n8n, LangChain, CrewAI), and enterprise use cases.
  • Conduct hands-on workshops on AI tools including ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Midjourney, and open-source LLMs (Ollama, Mistral, Sarvam AI).
  • Train participants on building AI-powered workflows: voice agents, smart ticketing, multilingual chatbots, and sentiment analysis pipelines.
  • Cover India-localised AI solutions – sovereign AI models (BharatGen, Krutrim, Sarvam AI) and multilingual NLP for Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and 9+ Indian languages.
2. Corporate Training & Enterprise Enablement
  • Deliver customised corporate training engagements for CXOs, IT teams, operations heads, and business analysts across industries (telecom, healthcare, BFSI, manufacturing).
  • Create industry-specific training modules mapping AI capabilities to real business outcomes – cost reduction, process automation, customer experience improvement.
  • Design and execute “AI Readiness Assessments” for enterprise clients as part of pre-sales and onboarding processes.
  • Support the Agentic AI Consulting division by training client teams on deployed AI solutions during the pilot (8-week) and rollout phases.
3. Content Creation & Thought Leadership
  • Develop comprehensive training content: slide decks, lab exercises, case study booklets, video tutorials, and quick-reference cheat sheets.
  • Create SEO-optimised blog articles and LinkedIn posts aligned with the company’s GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) strategy across 142 target keywords.
  • Produce short-form video content (reels, explainers, tool demos) for YouTube, LinkedIn, and the Gignaati brand.
  • Collaborate with the CEO on thought leadership content, webinars, and industry event presentations.
4. LMS Administration & Training Operations
  • Set up, configure, and manage the Tutor LMS (or equivalent) platform for the Gignaati AI Academy – including course creation, learner enrolment, assessments, and certification workflows.
  • Design gamified learning paths with progress tracking, badges, and completion certificates.
  • Monitor learner analytics (completion rates, assessment scores, feedback) and generate monthly training effectiveness reports.
  • Manage the end-to-end training calendar across corporate engagements, open-enrolment batches, and academic partnerships.
  • Integrate LMS with CRM (Zoho/Freshdesk), WhatsApp notifications, and email automation for learner engagement.
5. Curriculum Design & Continuous Improvement
  • Build a modular curriculum catalogue covering: Agentic AI Fundamentals, Prompt Engineering, AI for Business Leaders, AI-Powered Customer Service, Healthcare AI, and India-Localised AI.
  • Stay current with rapidly evolving AI landscape – update training materials within 2 weeks of major tool/model releases.
  • Collect and act on participant feedback; maintain a minimum 4.2/5.0 training satisfaction score.
  • Benchmark training offerings against competitors (UpGrad, Simplilearn, Great Learning) and identify differentiation opportunities.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Technical Skills
  • Strong working knowledge of generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini) and prompt engineering techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one agentic AI / workflow automation platform (n8n, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar).
  • Familiarity with open-source LLMs, model hosting (Ollama, HuggingFace), and API integrations.
  • Understanding of voice AI stacks (STT/TTS), NLP pipelines, and multilingual AI capabilities.
  • Working knowledge of LMS platforms (Tutor LMS, Moodle, LearnDash, or Thinkific) including course builder, assessment engine, and analytics.
  • Basic understanding of SEO/content marketing principles is a plus.
Training & Soft Skills
  • 4+ years of experience delivering IT / technology training in corporate or academic settings.
  • Proven ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences (CXOs, business managers, operations teams).
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and classroom engagement skills – both in-person and virtual.
  • Strong content creation skills: instructional design, slide decks, video scripts, and technical documentation.
  • Fluent in English and Hindi; additional Indian language proficiency is a strong advantage.
Education
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications are a plus: Google AI Essentials, AWS Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft AI Fundamentals, or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)
  • Experience with India-specific AI models (Sarvam AI, BharatGen, Krutrim) or multilingual NLP.
  • Published content (blogs, YouTube tutorials, LinkedIn articles) on AI or emerging technology topics.
  • Experience managing a Tutor LMS instance at scale (500+ learners, multiple concurrent courses).
  • Prior corporate training delivery for large enterprises in telecom, BFSI, healthcare, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Familiarity with Supabase, n8n, or other tools in the Swaran Soft tech stack.
  • Experience conducting training needs analysis and ROI measurement for L&D programmes.
