Role Overview

We are looking for a sharp, client-facing Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between enterprise business needs and AI-powered solution design. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in application development projects and a deep understanding of Agentic AI, conversational AI, and chatbot implementations. You will work directly with CXOs and IT heads of enterprise clients, translating complex requirements into actionable solution blueprints for our delivery team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews with enterprise clients to capture business requirements for Agentic AI and intelligent automation projects.
  • Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, workflow diagrams, and solution blueprints for AI agent deployments.
  • Collaborate with solution architects and delivery teams to define scope, milestones, and acceptance criteria for 8–10 week pilot engagements and full-scale rollouts.
  • Conduct gap analysis between existing client processes and proposed AI-powered workflows, identifying automation opportunities across customer service, HR, operations, and IT functions.
  • Own the requirements traceability matrix (RTM) and ensure alignment between business objectives, technical deliverables, and success KPIs.
  • Facilitate UAT sessions with client teams, manage feedback loops, and drive iterative refinements through the delivery lifecycle.
  • Prepare and present business cases, ROI models, and proposal documents for enterprise prospects, supporting the sales and pre-sales team in client conversations.
  • Stay current with emerging trends in Agentic AI frameworks, LLM capabilities, conversational AI platforms, and India-specific AI models (Sarvam AI, BharatGen, Krutrim).
  • Support integration planning across enterprise systems including WhatsApp, MS Teams, CRM (Zoho, Freshdesk, ServiceNow), and telephony (Exotel, Twilio).
  • Document process flows, decision matrices, and escalation logic for multilingual AI agent deployments across Indian and Middle Eastern markets.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 3–8 years of total experience as a Business Analyst in application development or enterprise software implementation projects.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Agentic AI, AI chatbot, conversational AI, or intelligent automation projects.
  • Proven track record of working with enterprise clients (preferably in telecom, BFSI, healthcare, or manufacturing verticals).
  • Strong proficiency in requirements elicitation techniques: stakeholder interviews, process mapping, use case documentation, and wireframing.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart, Visio, or equivalent project and documentation tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to CXO-level audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications & Differentiators

  • Certifications in AI/ML (e.g., Google Cloud AI, Azure AI Engineer, AWS Machine Learning Specialty, or equivalent).
  • Certifications in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or IIBA Agile Analysis).
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools and platforms: n8n, LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, OpenAI API, Hugging Face, or similar agentic frameworks.
  • Familiarity with open-source backend stacks (Supabase, PostgreSQL) and workflow orchestration tools.
  • Experience with multilingual NLP solutions and India-localised AI models.
  • Exposure to voice AI stacks (Whisper, ElevenLabs, PlayHT) and telephony integrations.
  • MBA or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Prior consulting or pre-sales experience in an IT services or product company.

  • Smart HR Helpdesk Agents – Multilingual AI bots on WhatsApp and MS Teams that resolve employee queries, triage complex issues, and route to the right HR team.
  • Multilingual Service Escalation – Real-time sentiment detection during calls with automatic escalation and summary generation for regional heads.
  • Enterprise AI Workflow Orchestration – End-to-end automation blueprints across customer support, operations, and internal IT functions.
