Role Summary

• LMS Administration — Configure, maintain, and optimise Tutor LMS for a seamless learner and instructor experience, including user management, enrolments, certificates, gamification, analytics, and SCORM/xAPI compliance.
• Content Curation & Packaging — Work with subject-matter experts (SMEs) and the leadership team to structure raw AI/tech content into professionally packaged courses, learning paths, and micro-credentials with clear learning outcomes.
• Multimedia Content Production — Independently create high-quality video lessons, motion graphics, interactive e-learning modules, infographics, and visual assets that match Gignaati’s brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

A. LMS Platform Management (Tutor LMS)

• Administer all aspects of Tutor LMS: course setup, drip content, prerequisites, quizzes, assignments, certificates, and badges.
• Manage user roles (students, instructors, admins), enrolment workflows, cohort/group configurations, and WooCommerce integration for paid courses.
• Ensure SCORM 1.2/2004 and xAPI package compatibility; upload, test, and troubleshoot third-party content packages.
• Monitor platform health, uptime, plugin updates, backups, and security patches in coordination with the DevOps team.
• Generate and analyse learner analytics dashboards (completion rates, quiz scores, drop-off points) and present actionable insights to leadership.
• Implement gamification elements (points, leaderboards, streaks) to maximise engagement and course completion rates.

B. Content Curation, Structuring & Instructional Design

• Collaborate with SMEs to transform raw technical content (presentations, documents, research) into structured course outlines with measurable learning objectives aligned to Bloom’s taxonomy.
• Design learning paths and certification tracks across Gignaati’s core verticals: Agentic AI, Generative AI, AI for Business Leaders, AI for Healthcare, and India-Localised AI.
• Develop storyboards for each course module before production, mapping narration, visuals, interactions, and assessments.
• Author interactive e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, and/or Adobe Captivate; export as SCORM packages for Tutor LMS.
• Write companion resources: cheat sheets, quick-reference guides, downloadable templates, and assessment rubrics.

C. Video & Multimedia Production

• Produce end-to-end video content: scripting, screen recording, voiceover (or AI voice direction), editing, motion graphics, and final rendering.
• Edit and post-produce videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects, maintaining consistent branding, lower thirds, intros/outros, and transitions.
• Create animated explainer videos and concept visualisations using Vyond for topics that benefit from character-driven or whiteboard-style storytelling.
• Use Camtasia for screen-capture tutorials, software walkthroughs, and tool demo recordings.
• Design course thumbnails, social media assets, infographics, presentation templates, and promotional creatives using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.

D. AI-First Content Innovation

• Leverage AI tools (generative text, image, voice, and video tools) to accelerate content production workflows while maintaining quality and brand consistency.
• Stay current with emerging AI techniques and solutions; propose new course topics, modules, and formats based on market demand and industry trends.
• Experiment with AI-assisted assessment generation, adaptive learning paths, and personalised content recommendations within the LMS.

Required Skills & Proficiency

Qualifications & Experience

• 3–6 years of hands-on experience administering an LMS platform (Tutor LMS, Moodle, LearnDash, or equivalent) in a content-production environment.
• Demonstrable portfolio of e-learning courses built with Articulate Storyline/Rise, Captivate, or similar authoring tools.
• Proven video production skills with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; showreel or sample links required.
• Working knowledge of SCORM/xAPI standards and experience uploading, testing, and debugging content packages.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and assessment design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Multimedia, Communications, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience will be considered.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); Hindi proficiency is a strong plus given our India-localised content strategy.

Nice to Have

• Experience with WordPress plugin ecosystem, basic PHP/CSS for LMS theme customisation.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and the ability to quickly grasp technical AI topics for course structuring.
• Prior experience building certification or micro-credential programmes.
• Exposure to SEO for course landing pages and content marketing for e-learning platforms.
• Knowledge of Indian sovereign AI models (Sarvam AI, BharatGen, Krutrim) and multilingual content production.
